How We Can Work Together
I work with growing, already successful firms that are experiencing pain from growing. We spend two days in person doing a deep dive Pinnacle Base Camp into the firm. A baseline assessment is produced that identifies possible very high leverage points to focus on. In the next phase I guide your firm with implementing improvements. We use the Pinnacle meeting rhythm and maintain tight focus and commit to making changes.

ABOUT Tim Young

For more than 32 years Tim has been passionate about all improving all aspects of his law firm. Focusing on serious maritime injury claims for more than 25 years, he obtained high-level success in this complex, competitive area of law. Strong, smart marketing generated clients, and team leadership and structures produced incredible firm results.
In recent years the firm has successfully added a mass tort practice which has scaled thousands of claims using technology, custom built databases for each tort, and best in class workflows. This has more than 10x’ed the firm’s outputs.
